Our Returns Policy

There is no risk to try any of our products. When you purchase from us, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then simply send it back and we will refund you in full, including any postage costs.

Please return the product(s) with all the original parts and packaging. We recommend using a trackable postage service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items, which is why we recommend using a trackable postage service for your peace of mind.

Once we have received your returned product(s), we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account, including any postage costs. We aim to make the refund within 3-5 days of receiving your returned product(s).

We cannot issue refunds on the returned product(s) if the conditions of our returns policy are not fully met.
